Tadbir does not collect your personal data, financial records, or any usage information. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to see your data — because we never receive it.
تدبير لا يجمع بياناتك الشخصية أو سجلاتك المالية أو أي معلومات عن استخدامك. كل ما تُدخله يبقى على جهازك. ليس لدينا خوادم ولا حسابات ولا أي طريقة لرؤية بياناتك — لأننا لا نستلمها أصلاً.
Tadbir is a personal finance app developed by Mohamed Elhefni ("we", "us", or "our"). It helps you track income and expenses, manage accounts, set budgets, and understand your spending — all without an internet connection or an account.
تدبير تطبيق مالي شخصي طوّره محمد الحفني ("نحن" أو "لنا"). يساعدك على تتبع الدخل والمصروفات، وإدارة الحسابات، وتحديد الميزانيات، وفهم إنفاقك — وكل ذلك دون اتصال بالإنترنت أو إنشاء حساب.
We do not collect any personal information.

Tadbir does not require an account, email address, phone number, or any personal identifier to work. All the data you create in the app — your transactions, accounts, budgets, and categories — is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to any server.
لا يحتاج تدبير إلى حساب أو بريد إلكتروني أو رقم هاتف أو أي معرّف شخصي كي يعمل. جميع البيانات التي تُنشئها في التطبيق — معاملاتك وحساباتك وميزانياتك وفئاتك — تُخزَّن على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسَل إلينا أو إلى أي خادم.
We do not collect: names, emails, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, financial records, usage statistics, crash reports, or any other personal data.
لا نجمع: الأسماء، أو رسائل البريد الإلكتروني، أو أرقام الهواتف، أو بيانات الموقع، أو معرّفات الأجهزة، أو السجلات المالية، أو إحصاءات الاستخدام، أو تقارير الأعطال، أو أي بيانات شخصية أخرى.
Everything you enter in Tadbir is saved in a private, encrypted database on your device. Think of it like a locked notebook that only your phone can open. No one else — not us, not anyone — can access it remotely.
كل ما تُدخله في تدبير يُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات خاصة ومشفّرة على جهازك. تخيّلها كدفتر ملاحظات مقفول لا يستطيع فتحه إلا هاتفك. لا أحد آخر — لا نحن ولا أي شخص — يستطيع الوصول إليه عن بُعد.
Your data is protected by your device's own security. We recommend using a screen lock or fingerprint lock on your device for an extra layer of protection.

Tadbir includes an optional backup feature that lets you save a copy of your data to your own Google Drive account. This feature is completely opt-in — it is off by default and you must turn it on yourself.
يتضمن تدبير ميزة نسخ احتياطي اختيارية تتيح لك حفظ نسخة من بياناتك في حساب Google Drive الخاص بك. هذه الميزة اختيارية بالكامل — معطّلة افتراضياً ويجب عليك تفعيلها بنفسك.
Tadbir comes pre-loaded with exchange rates for over 300 currencies, so it works fully offline. If you choose to refresh the rates, the app connects to a public exchange rate service to fetch the latest numbers. This request contains no personal information — only the currency codes you asked for.
يأتي تدبير محمّلاً مسبقاً بأسعار صرف أكثر من 300 عملة، كي يعمل بالكامل دون إنترنت. إذا اخترت تحديث الأسعار، يتصل التطبيق بخدمة عامة لأسعار الصرف لاسترجاع أحدث الأرقام. لا يحتوي هذا الطلب على أي معلومات شخصية — فقط رموز العملات التي طلبتها.
We do not share your data with anyone — because we never have it in the first place.

Tadbir is designed for adults managing their personal finances. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data at all, there is no risk of children's data being stored on our end. If you believe your child has used the app and you have a concern, please contact us.

If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant — for example, if we ever start collecting data we currently don't — we will notify you through a notice inside the app at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
